Warm-Down Exercises for Cyclists

Cycling is great exercise. It can be done at a leisurely pace or at a high intensity level to train for races and long distance events. However, many cyclists don't properly warm-down after their workout. We read a great article on Active.com that had 15 warm-down exercises.
